Fixing a broken housing market - A call for a 'BACK TO BASICS' approach
“The trends in Malaysia suggest that both B40 and M40 households are likely to end up in some form of social housing if the relevant interventions are not made urgently” KRI (2015). This views article calls for a back to basics approach to build more genuinely affordable houses for the majority of our society.
