Media Kit
Rooted in Knowledge, Rising in Vision. KRI's design system transforms complex data into actionable insights that shape policies for all Malaysians.
Design Philosophy

The KRI logo is inspired by weaving, a timeless craft deeply rooted in Malaysia’s heritage. Each strand is distinct, each crossing deliberate, reflecting how we conduct research with patience and care. Together, these strands form a fabric stronger, more intricate, and profoundly meaningful than the sum of its parts, symbolising KRI’s careful integration of knowledge, perspectives, and influence across society.
The refreshed logo is designed to enhance the legacy logo, preserving its core elements to honour the maturity and timelessness of KRI’s identity. After more than a decade of work, the legacy logo remains intact, serving as a bridge between our established foundation and the evolving clarity of our institute vision.
