Muhammad currently serves as an Executive in the Centralised Procurement, Facility Management, Safety & Security Department at Khazanah Research Institute (KRI). He leads and manages end-to-end procurement operations, vendor evaluation, and contract management activities to ensure compliance, transparency, and cost efficiency in organizational spending.With over seven years of professional experience across the public and private sectors, Khairulamri has developed strong expertise in strategic sourcing, tender management, vendor governance, and facilities administration.Prior to joining KRI, he held procurement and administrative roles at Cyberview Sdn Bhd and the Malaysian Technology Development Corporation (MTDC), where he was actively involved in major infrastructure, maintenance, and facility upgrade projects.His experience includes managing multimillion-ringgit procurement portfolios, implementing digital procurement systems, and advancing vendor development initiatives aligned with national procurement policy objectives.

Khairulamri is recognized for his structured approach to contract governance, stakeholder collaboration, and his commitment to operational excellence. He is also a certified practitioner in Strategic Procurement Management, Contract Review, Project Management, and Corporate Governance in Procurement.
